Cynthia Bullard

Cynthia Bullard has worked for Taylor, McCord, Praver & Cherry for over 22 years. She began her career as a legal secretary for the firm’s former partner, David Praver. Within a few years, Cynthia became Mr. Praver’s paralegal until his retirement in 2021. She now works as the firm’s primary paralegal and bookkeeper.

Outside of her role at the firm, Cynthia also showcases her creative side through her own business, Cynthia Bullard Photography. With a portrait studio in Ventura, she captures moments that inspire and delight. Many of the firm’s professional headshots and the captivating wall art hanging in the office are her work, a testament to her multifaceted talents.
